Sports Physical (ages 6-18 years) - $50

DOT Physical - $80

Testing (Flu, COVID, Urinalysis, Pregnancy, Strep, Blood Glucose, EKG): $25 per test 

Injectable medications - $10 per dose 

Nebulizer Treatment: $10 
IV Therapy
0.9% Saline 1000mL - pricing starts at $120 per infusion
